Join me on Tuesdays & Thursdays in July for yoga classes via Zoom. Sign up HERE. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to connect with the class as well as making donations (PayPal, Venmo or check). Classes are donation based. Do not let money stop you from participating. Contact me if you have any questions.
I recommend having a yoga mat (or soft surface for practicing), yoga blocks, a yoga strap and yoga blanket or beach towel. If you have questions about props, please let me know.
Summer is a Yang time of year, and our activities and physical vitality certainly reflect this as we soak in as much solar energy as possible. Caught up in the momentum of the season, our bodies work overtime, and with all that we pile on, it’s easy to overheat, and dry up – physically and energetically.
Join me for Summer Chill Out Yin Yoga and experience a much needed break from the energy and heat generated this time of year. We will slow down, be still and create space to reflect and revitalize.
If you are looking for a yoga teacher for your community group, church, school or non-profit, please contact me. If I am not available or not the right person for your needs, I’d love to help connect you to others in the yoga community that might help serve you.

Mark your calendars for May 1-2. Julie Young and I will be facilitating a retreat on LIVING YOUR PURPOSE, based on the book The Four Desires, by Rod Stryker. Guided activities will help participants not only identify their Dharma Code (life purpose) and Sankalpa (what you should focus on in the next year to achieve your goals) but also provide tools for staying on track. The retreat will include written exercises, guided meditations, and yoga sessions. No yoga experience required, practices will be gentle and accessible to all. Space is limited. Early Bird Registration is $65 and ends April 4th.
